Hey everyone,

I wanted to update you all on some recent changes to the business.

I’ve made the difficult decision to reduce the number of stockists. I found it challenging to keep up with the demand from both stockists and my shop, which is a wonderful position to be in, and I truly appreciate all your support more than I can express! This decision didn’t come lightly; I’ve been working tirelessly over the past few months, but soon realised I was overworking myself. Since the shop is my dream, I want to focus on bringing even more to it, and this will allow me to do just that.

Another significant decision we’ve made is to part with our horse box. This was also a tough choice, but we realised we weren’t able to dedicate the time to take it out again. It now has new owners and I can’t wait to see it out and about again. 🥹 We made so many memories at our markets and pop-ups, so it will be greatly missed.

I’ll be making some slight changes to this page, turning it into a more personal baking space where I can share some behind-the-scenes glimpses.

It’s hard to say goodbye to those who’ve played such a significant role in my journey and I will always be so grateful for this and the friendship, but I hope this leads to exciting new changes.

Thank you once again for all your support; it means the world to me, and I can’t wait to bring more to just a wee bakery for you all.

15th June - Cookstown Main Street at our usual spot outside @dunleathbar from 9:30am

I will not be doing pre orders for Father’s Day but we will have our pop up where you can come and make up your own treat box. I’ll be sure to make loads of favourites like Mars krispies, caramel squares and maybe some old school sponge 🙌🏻

I’ll bake loads and loads for this to last us to the late afternoon so everyone can come and get their treats! Let me know if there is any particular bakes you would like to see for the counter in general or for Father’s Day 💙

It is a two day family festival with loads of food and entertainment. There will be so many other great stalls as well as our buddies @bensicecreamstudio it’s a market you don’t want to miss ☀️

Whilst I absolutely love creating cakes for your special occasions and milestones, I’m now venturing into new areas so I will be stopping custom cake orders once I finish up my diary. This will allow me to put more energy into traybakes, pop-ups, markets, and exploring new treats.

I can’t thank you all enough for your orders and support throughout this journey. It’s because of you that my business has grown and flourished. I’m beyond grateful for every cake I’ve had the privilege of creating for you and I’ve met so many customers who I now consider friends.

I’m nervous but excited with this decision and I hope I can bring more exciting things to the table over the next year or two.

It’s an unbelievable feeling after all the baking and standing on my feet for HOURS to see everyone come and enjoy their bakes! The pop ups get a little crazy and overwhelming but when I step back and soak it all in I am blown away by all the support and time you take out of your day to visit.

So, thank you a million times over for supporting me and being so patient and kind when you finally get your chance to order at the top of the queue🥰

💐Mothers Day Pop up 9th March 💐

Our pop up will be outside @newbridgejoinery (171 Aughrim Rd, Antrim BT41 3SH) this Saturday at our usual spot for the big occassion dates.

We will be there from 11-2 for pre order collections inside the reception so you can go on in and collect your order when you arrive. You don’t need to line up at the horse box unless you’re after some extra wee treats🍪

The horse box will be outside and @ronan2donnelly will be brewing some stunning coffee. There will be a cabinet of bakes but it wont hang around for long so if you’re after some treats I’d recommend arriving at 11 💕

Oh btw there is loads of space parking in at the joinery so you’re welcome to drive through the gates and park rather than the roadside - a bit safer for everyone 🫶🏻

Hopefully I haven’t forgot to mention anything but I’ll keep stories updated on Friday with what we will have in the horse box on Saturday x
